Landfill liners are used as a low permeable barrier which is placed under landfill sites. The liner prevents migration of leachate and its toxic byproducts into underlying aquifers or nearby rivers, preventing contamination of local water sources. Landfill cap covers can also be used to retain the gases that come off landfills and enable the gasses to be used for the conversion of electricity.

Landfill liners prevent leachate and waste liquid components leaking from reservoirs and subsequently entering and contaminating ground water.

Polyurea Liners can be used in recreational sites, waste pits, canals, water storage, floor coverings, plating, fuel, oil storage and containment, landfills and many other applications. Mid-Valley Restoration Liner's are a great alternative to HDPE and PVC. Polyurea Liners does not have the problem of cracking that HDPE has and can be made into very large panels to make installation easier. Polyurea Liners also does not need to be extrusion welded and the prefabricated panels can be put together simply by Spraying the Seams in the field making the seamless.

The combination of chemical resistance and good physical properties has led to Polyurea Liners usage in numerous industrial applications such as Landfill Liners, Secondary Waste Containment, Lagoons, Effluent Containment Ponds, among others. Polyurea Liners also works well in water applications.

Polyurea Liners is resistant to oils, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, waste byproducts, among others corrosive liquids.

Polyurea Liners  has excellent elongation characteristics which allows for stretching if needed or if temperature changes drastically. This helps prevent stress cracking which may occur with products such as High Density Polyethylene.

Polyurea Liners  is also easily Sprayed together which allows for large panel fabrication, reducing the risk of compromised seams and allowing for easy installation. Polyurea Liners also can be easily rolled for compact shipping.

Polyurea Liners  are well suited for both, small as well as large applications from a small backyard pond to the largest containment ponds. It is unlike using bentonite or PVC or clay fillers, it won't break like concrete and you can be sure of its success the first time. Thus, Polyurea Liners  is the ideal pond liner material because it is safe for fish & plant life, inexpensive, easy to install & has a long durability.

Polyurea Liners  is an extremely durable product that is designed to be left exposed and is reinforced with Geo Liners to provide superior toughness and excellent dimensional stability. A Spraybot process (or Robotic Spraying) is involved in manufacturing of Polyurea Liners  in which reinforcing polyester scrim fabrics are combined. Scrims are fully contained within the one or two layers of Polyurea Liners  to eliminate wicking.

Mid-Valley Restoration's Liner has been in the Polyurea Liners , Waterproofing & polyethylene [SPF] industry to advise the best material thickness and type for secondary and primary containment.
